Shenzhen Xinghan Laser Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 as a national high-tech enterprise focused on R&D, manufacturing and sales of high-power semiconductor laser components. Products are mainly used in industrial laser pumping, scientific research, biomedical lasers, laser projection/display and LiDAR. Headquartered in the Xujingchang Industrial Park, Fuyong Subdistrict, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, the company operates a 30,000 m² R&D and manufacturing base including 20,000 m² of Class-1000 cleanrooms. Xinghan has about 500 employees, including roughly 80 R&D staff (3 PhDs and 25 master’s graduates).
