Shining in Shanghai | Xinghan Laser Concludes Munich Shanghai Photonics Expo
The three-day Laser World of Photonics China in Shanghai has concluded. Under the theme “Empowering industries with technology and helping key customers achieve unlimited possibilities,” Xinghan Laser presented its core laser chip components and full module portfolio—showcasing hardcore capabilities and end-to-end solutions for industrial laser intelligent manufacturing, metal 3D additive manufacturing, AI optical communications, intelligent consumer laser hardware, laser medical aesthetics, interstellar communications and quantum communications—winning strong industry attention and fruitful partnership outcomes.


Exhibition highlights: global attention and strong engagement. Xinghan Laser’s full product matrix drew continuous traffic. Professionals from industrial manufacturing, medical aesthetics, AI optical communications, quantum and deep-space communications, directed energy, sensing and intelligent laser hardware visited the booth. Technical and sales teams provided detailed answers on application fit, parameter optimization and customization. Many customers expressed on-site interest in testing and deeper collaboration. The show was not only a product showcase, but also a strategic platform for Xinghan Laser to connect with global partners, discuss trends and explore opportunities.




Core products: technology leadership and innovation-driven growth. Industrial laser devices for smart manufacturing upgrades: lightweight fiber-laser pump modules support portable welding equipment; ultra-high-power integrated red-indicator modules (1000–5000 W) deliver coaxial high-power IR semiconductor laser and aiming red light, enabling single-pump, combiner-free output for fiber lasers up to 3 kW and greatly improving integration, reliability and usability. Addressing ultrafast laser growth in semiconductors and PV, Xinghan showcased a full 10–1000 W pump lineup at 793/808 nm and wavelength-locked 878/969/976 nm for solid-state ultrafast lasers. The company has built a world-leading high-power semiconductor laser R&D and manufacturing center, trusted by leading customers such as Han’s Laser, JPT, Raycus, United Winners, Guangzhi, Zhongjiu, Coherent, TRUMPF, IPG, Osram and nLIGHT, and has maintained a global strategic partnership with Coherent and Osram for more than seven years.




New consumer applications: creativity for everyone. High-power blue laser modules (20–2500 W) offer high brightness and high integration, providing a powerful “light engine” for consumer DIY welding, engraving, cutting and even desktop metal 3D printing. Medical aesthetics: precise light sources for health—multi-wavelength therapy modules and dedicated high-power 793 nm modules deliver stable, efficient core light sources for advanced medical and aesthetic systems. Emerging agriculture: kilowatt-class red/blue hybrid modules, combined with AI algorithms, enable precise and efficient agricultural “laser removal” operations, attracting research institutes and strategic collaboration for zero-to-one innovation.

AI optical communications and intelligent manufacturing: connecting the world and enabling the future. For AI data centers, Xinghan introduced 800G OSFP optical modules (1.6T under development), focusing on key-customer ODM/OEM to support computing infrastructure. Automotive-grade reliable LiDAR/CATV/EDFA pump modules (905/940 nm) and 1550 nm ITLA solutions help upgrade low-altitude sensing and optical networks, providing core devices for intelligent driving and interstellar communication infrastructure.
