Xinghan Laser Shines at the Industrial Expo — A Successful Close

In September 2025, the 25th China International Industry Fair opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Shenzhen Xinghan Laser presented its full product lineup, showcasing end-to-end technical strength from core devices to system solutions and becoming a highlight of the show.

Founded in 2017, Xinghan Laser operates a 25,000 m² Class-1000 cleanroom campus and is a national high-tech enterprise—one of the few companies worldwide covering the full industry chain of high-power semiconductor laser chips, components, lasers, advanced equipment and intelligent hardware. Honors include National High-Tech Enterprise, National Key Specialized & Sophisticated “Little Giant,” Shenzhen Fastest-Growing Top 100, Shenzhen Tech 500, Greater Bay Area Strategic Emerging Industries Top 50, and National IP Advantage Enterprise. The company has contributed to 7 national standards and holds 190+ industry-chain patents (including 50+ inventions). It operates a Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center, a CAS joint lab and a Shenzhen postdoctoral workstation. At the fair, Xinghan showcased 10 W–3 kW blue semiconductor lasers, 1–5 kW high-power pump sources, scientific 380 nm–2 µm full-wavelength lasers, medical and radar-sensing lasers, and 1–50 kW industrial high-power semiconductor lasers—covering UV to near-IR with high power, high stability and multi-scenario adaptability.
