Pump-centric focus on optical innovation. The three-day 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2025) concluded at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a leading Chinese supplier of optical and laser core devices, Shenzhen Xinghan Laser presented its latest pump sources and optical solutions, engaging deeply with customers, research institutes and partners on future opportunities in photonics.

At this exhibition, Xinghan Laser highlighted pump series for handheld welding lasers, pulsed lasers, CW lasers and solid-state ultrafast lasers—widely used in metal processing, precision manufacturing, research and medical aesthetics.

The company also exhibited 1–3 kW blue semiconductor lasers, 10 W–5 kW high-power pump sources, scientific 380 nm–2 µm full-wavelength lasers, medical semiconductor lasers, radar-sensing lasers, and industrial 1–50 kW high-power semiconductor lasers—covering industrial, medical, research and new-energy vehicle directions and demonstrating Xinghan’s depth in pumps and optical devices.

Blue and ultrafast: addressing industry hotspots. Thanks to excellent absorption on highly reflective materials such as copper and gold, Xinghan’s kW-class blue lasers became a booth highlight. The technology already shows unique advantages in EV batteries, energy storage and 3C electronics, and is seen as an important alternative to traditional IR processing. In research and advanced manufacturing, solid-state ultrafast pumps and scientific semiconductor lasers meet femtosecond/picosecond and multi-wavelength tunable needs, attracting experts from universities and institutes.

Supply-chain strength for reliability: for eight years, Xinghan has maintained deep strategic collaboration with global leaders Coherent and Osram. With world-class laser technology support, the company ensures stable delivery and source-level reliability—committed to providing customers with excellent quality and value for their global businesses.

Going forward, we will continue to uphold professionalism, innovation and win-win partnership, working with upstream and downstream partners to advance optical and laser technologies and inject new momentum into China’s and the world’s laser markets.
